Q1: Who is IMPACT for?

The IMPACT Mastermind was designed to provide a space for high performing business leaders and entrepreneurs with a space to share ideas, reset their batteries and grow in mind, body and soul. However, we understand that IMPACT may not be for everyone.

This is not for you if:

Faith, family and impact are not strong values for you
You're only looking for ideas on how to grow your business
You're looking for a place to only network and pitch
You're not committed to investing in your professional AND personal growth
You're not interested in being vulnerable with others

Q2: How often does the Mastermind meet?

We are mindful to ensure our meetups are valuable and purpose driven.

We have 4 in-person, 3 day retreats a year and we have 1 virtual meetup every month.

Q3: Can anyone join?

While we want to make the most impact to as many people as possible, we also understand that to ensure our members have the most fulfilling experience possible, we are very selective with our new members. Please do apply for a spot in IMPACT and we'll definitely get back to you as soon as possible.

Q4: What types of activities does the IMPACT Mastermind retreat include?

The retreat is designed to fuel both your business and personal growth. You’ll take part in focused Growth Sessions that help you think strategically and move your business forward with clarity. We also include Chop Sessions: short, powerful group conversations that cut through the noise and help you get unstuck quickly.

Beyond that, we incorporate energizing activities to spark creativity and wellness (like morning movement, time in nature, and curated experiences) that help you reconnect with yourself. It’s not about cramming your schedule, it’s about making space for clarity, connection, and momentum.
